A very near passing incident of frustration was the Police behaviour with the Salahudin and Hunain. Might be it disappears from our memories till now. But we need to keep this incident enlighten in our minds to change this cruel behaviour. Who will change this behaviour? Will the government change this behaviour? Do we change this behaviour? The answer is not a single part can change anything. We can change it collectively. Instead of just indicating the faults of this system and doing long and lengthy speeches. If we are really sincere with this system. If we really want to change this old so-called 1935 British cruel system which is still enforcing in our Police stations. As a result of this system every day any innocent person gets caught of it. We need to present practical solutions. Every part of society has to play his role. If it’s the Analyst he needs to analyze the system and present the sustainable solution. If it’s the government side he needs to enforce the system. If it’s the Article writer he needs to write about it to aware the people. It will be the contribution of the whole society which leads to the making of the system which is people-friendly and sustainable. Otherwise, this system will just ruin the people life especially the poor one and make their life much harder to live and even to breathe. Government need to ensure that this new system will be free from political influence. In the developed nation every system works at its own domain without the influence of others. Like many other trends which we adopt from Europe, we need to adopt this as well.
In order to completely understand the concept of frustration, we need to understand the second part of the story as well. This part of the story is also hidden in the literal meaning of Frustration. We cannot criticize the whole police system. Every system is a combination of good and bad people. This system also has good people who are definitely greater than bad people. That’s why this system is still surviving. This system needs to make its accountability procedures much faster and applicable. As a result, this system itself identify the bed part and isolate them form itself. That’s a very important way to reduce these types of cases. When every policeman also has in its back mind that he is not free to that anything like other parts of society he is also accountable. But it is also very shameful that when we start criticizing the system we blamed whole the system. That is not good at all. This is due to this Police system that now we reduce terrorism is our state. This police system plays a great role in providing us with a peaceful environment. We should not ignore their sacrifices. There are hundreds of Police Officers and thousands of police soldiers who sacrifice their lives in providing us with this peaceful system.
