Famous Turkish serial Dirilis Ertugrul to be on air on PTV in Urdu

Imran Khan asks PTV to air Turkish drama "Diriliş: Ertuğrul" in urdu dubbing

Dirilis Ertugrul famous turkey historical drama Series based on the life of Ertugrul, Father of Osman Khan (founder of Ottoman Empire).
Prime minister Imran Khan who is a fan of Muslim history and always wanted to spread the glorious past of Muslims to Muslim Ummah has directed a request to Pakistan Television to dubb all the seasons of Dirilis Ertugrul into Urdu, so that citizen of Pakistan could also know about great Muslim leader Ertugrul.
Now, following the premier’s directives, the PTV authorities are dubbing all five seasons in Urdu for the Pakistani audience.

Shazia Sikandar also said that drama is in dubbing stage, and we are focusing on the voice of the artist, so that audience could enjoy it.
While talking to Arab News special assistant to the Prime Minister on information and broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said, “We have taken this initiative as the prime minister wants to protect our social, cultural and religious norms,”.

The TV opera has been one of the most famous Turkish serials in history. Since its premiere in November 2014, the drama has been broadcast in 60 different countries.
