Quran is always a source of guidance for Muslims all over the world. Muslims always wanted the Quran to look beautiful. For that purpose, they had tried writing Quran on different materials with different sizes. This is for the first time a women artist wrote it on silk with Gold
Azerbaijani painter Tünzale Memmedzade spent 3 years carefully rewriting the sacred book by hand and the result is fascinating even if you’re not a Muslim.

Memmedzade started her project after investigating that, even though the Quran had been reproduced onto various materials, it has never been written on silk. She took her source of Quran released from the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs and used a little more than three pints of liquid gold and silver as well as 164 feet of 11.4″ x 13″ sheets of fine silk.
