Kashmir's new Domicile Law could turn it into Palestine

The whole world is facing coronavirus but Fascist Indian Government is still busy in causing mischief in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

On 5 Aug 2019 Indian government annexed Indian occupied  Kashmir by abrogating Article 370 and 35-A and now a new domicile Law has been issued by Indian Government which can turn Muslim majority residents into Palestine.

New Domicile rules:

  1. Anyone who has resided in Indian occupied Kashmir for 15              years, is eligible for the domicile of Kashmir.

  2. Anyone who has studied in IOK for a specific period of time is eligible to call LOC his/her place of domicile.

  3. A person will also be deemed domicile if he/she is a registered migrant by relief and Rehabilitation Commission in Union                Territory.

4. Local Government Jobs are made available to Non-natives, including those in Police and administration.

 Prior to this Law local property rights and government jobs were restricted to permanent residents of Kashmir. This will threaten the survival of Kashmir as a Muslim majority region. With the new Law demographic transition of Indian Occupied Kashmir has begun.

 Hindu from all over India will migrate to Kashmir in search of Job which will eventually increase the Hindu population in Kashmir. Once Kashmir became a Muslim majority region, the Indian Government will appeal for a referendum in the valley.
